Campus: Christmas Splendor on Campus
The campus sparkled with festive splendor! Lights shone everywhere, spreading a wonderful Christmas atmosphere. Whether with self-designed decorations or purchased ornaments – everything together created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The colorful fairy lights, sparkling stars, and lovingly placed decorations made the whole campus shine in festive splendor. You could really feel the anticipation of Christmas in the air. It was nice to see how creative and lovingly the decorations were designed. Christmas really came alive here.

Kindergarten: Christmas Cards
In kindergarten, they worked diligently on beautiful Christmas cards. The children were able to try out different methods. From simple design techniques to small, artistic details. With a lot of patience, joy, and creativity, they created unique cards that show how imaginative the children work. Each card is a small work of art.

St. Nicholas Celebration
This year, we celebrated an atmospheric St. Nicholas celebration. First, the children enjoyed a cozy St. Nicholas snack. Then St. Nicholas came to visit and told the children what they are already good at and how happy he is about their great progress. The joy was great and it was a wonderful moment in the Advent season!

Nature Day
The kindergarten spent a beautiful nature day in the forest. Together they explored the area, looked at natural materials and took a walk to the beaver pond. The children were able to experience, observe and enjoy nature. A successful day in the fresh air!

Christ Child in Kindergarten
When the Christ Child announced its arrival, there was a touch of Christmas magic in the air. A small deception initially caused amazement, excitement and many curious glances, until finally the “real” gift was discovered and the children’s eyes lit up.
Our sincere thanks go to Susanne Schmidt, the chairwoman of the parents’ association, for organizing this beautiful gift and to the parents’ association for their financial support.

Elementary School: ASVÖ Movement Coach Visits
Recently, our elementary school students were able to enjoy a special sports session: a movement coach from ASVÖ was a guest and designed a varied gymnastics lesson centered around training on the rings. With a lot of energy, games and new exercises, the children strengthened their strength, coordination and courage. The enthusiasm was great and we are already looking forward to the next movement session!

St. Nicholas
On December 5th, St. Nicholas visited our elementary school students. This year we made the visit very special: instead of St. Nicholas bringing gifts, we as a school community gave him gifts. The lovingly put together packages will be passed on by St. Nicholas to the Cenacolo community. In this way, we were able to share joy together and set an example for solidarity and charity. A big thank you to everyone who participated!

Presentations
In recent weeks, our students have prepared presentations on a wide variety of topics. From whales to mushrooms to many other exciting areas. Not only is intensive research carried out and a lot of new things learned, but also presenting is practiced. It is particularly nice to see how the children slip into the role of the teacher when giving their presentations: they explain, show pictures, answer questions and share their knowledge with the whole class. This turns learning into a lively experience in which everyone benefits from each other.

Middle School: Break Activities
In our middle school, the students always use their breaks very creatively and in a variety of ways. This time, an impressive tower of pens was even created: a beautiful example of how much imagination and team spirit there is in the short breaks.

Tic Tac Toe
In the art class of the 2nd MS, we worked with a lot of patience and sensitivity. A creative embroidery project was created over a longer period of time: a self-designed Tic Tac Toe game. The results are really impressive! Of course, the finished game was then immediately tried out and caused a lot of joy and enthusiasm among the students.

After-School Care: Craft Fun
There was a lot of crafting in the after-school care this week! With a lot of enthusiasm and even more imagination, the children designed beautiful Advent wreaths from colored paper hands. Together we cut, glued, laughed and in the end the children proudly held their colorful works of art in their hands.

Christmas Hand Lettering
This time, hand lettering was really Christmassy: together we designed festive wrapping paper and pretty gift tags. The students were in a good mood, very motivated and, above all, impressively persistent when designing the wrapping paper. Christmas cards are also created with great attention to detail, using the technique of water brushes and brush pens. So Christmas can come!

December was a time of reflection, creativity and many wonderful moments together.
With great gratitude, we look back on this wonderful year and wish everyone a happy, blessed and healthy new year!
